About Rambunct
Rambunct, a UK-based AWS Advanced Tier Partner, partnered with The Scribe | Marketeering.AI to fast-track its AWS recognition journey across multiple service domains. At the time, Rambunct had a growing delivery footprint but lacked the formal validation and documentation structure required for Competency submission, FTR approval, and MDF unlocking.
Challenges
Despite delivering high-impact projects across API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFormation, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB, Rambunct faced:
- Fragmented workload documentation with no FTR-ready evidence.
- Zero ACE opportunities registered or validated.
- No active AWS Competency alignment, blocking MDF and co-sell support.
- A 6–8 month expected timeline to even begin validation.
Solution
The Scribe | Marketeering.AI led a complete AWS acceleration program — combining validation, competency alignment, and GTM activation under one workflow. Key initiatives included:
- 11 complete workload validations, each documented with architecture diagrams, customer evidence, and FTR mappings.
- Drafted and submitted Competency documentation for Generative AI, SMB, and Digital Workplaces.
- Created customer case studies, ACE entries, and co-sell artifacts in sync with AWS Partner team guidelines.
- Built and launched funded campaigns through Zift and HubSpot, linking MDF-funded outreach directly to Marketplace and ACE visibility.
- Established a Partner GTM Playbook standardizing validation → listing → campaign activation.
Results
- 11 validated workloads successfully published and recognized by AWS auditors.
- 3 AWS Competencies approved within 3.5 months (Generative AI, SMB, Digital Workplaces).
- $100 K + in MDF and POC credits unlocked via AWS funding programs.
- 450–600 qualified leads per campaign, directly from AWS Demand Gen teams.
- Pipeline visibility achieved end-to-end, connecting ACE opportunities to campaign ROI dashboards.
- Validation-to-Competency time reduced by 65 % — from a projected 6–8 months to just over 3.
The Impact
Rambunct’s transformation from delivery-first to AWS-validated growth engine became a model for how technical readiness, documentation discipline, and GTM alignment can compound results. The engagement not only delivered visible AWS credibility but also created reusable internal frameworks for future competencies and partner funding cycles.
